• A market report of current yachts to ensure that the second-hand market alternatives have been addressed.
• A collaborative and ongoing dialogue to ascertain the needs and objectives of the project.
• Recommendations toward specific shipyards, architects and other key entities at the initial stages.
• Subject to the stage of progress, before-during-afterwards, Marine Industries will provide liason / intermediary services between the potential yacht owner, captain, naval architect, stylist, shipyard, and survey/classification.
• Contract negotiations representing you, the potential yacht owner, as your agent.
• Fiduciary Care - we can act as stakeholders with respect to contract disbursements and progress commitments.
• After-Launch - On going Management Services and Charter representation are available to ensure your best interests are maintained.
